This is worth a dream :)
It took me a long time to post another entry! Sorry :/ The last weeks of the semester was indeed HELL. Don’t worry, I’m gonna make it up to you!;)
So here’s one of my favorite looks that I did! This is my entry for SM-GTW”s Style Book 2013! I got in the grand finals, battling for the two spots to be the grand winner! In case I win, I’ll get 20k worth of shopping spree, a full page feature in Candy Magazine, and an exposure in the modeling industry. Isn’t that great?!? :”> So please do help me win by VOTING FOR ME! <3
So yeah. :) We were assigned a specific brand to style. Soiree was given to me, and I feel thankful about that ‘cause Soiree definitely goes with my style and personality: fierce and chic. <3 I took advantage of their branding by choosing the pieces which define both Soiree and me! I chose a classic black peplum top and gold shorts. Very formal in themselves! But to perfect the look, I wore a classic bangle, and my favorite, a really edgy pair of shoes! <3 The bag also preserved the formality of my look. :)
So I hope you like it! Definitely deserve the prize, right?
So vote for me NOW! <3
Sorry if I have not been posting lookbook shots recently. It’s our finals week…our HELL WEEK! So I don’t have time to do shoots. Really sorry. I’ll make it up to all of you during the break. I might even post everyday! ;) So stay tuned! Love you all! ;)

And yes, I made the skirt <3
This is like a response to Miley Cyrus’ Wrecking Ball. Aside from the fact that I can greatly relate to her song, I also admire the theme and aesthetics of the music video. It did gained a lot of negative reaction, but in my perspective, it was great. It was full of metaphor, expressing how painful one felt with love and how damaged one could be because of love.
So here’s a look inspired by the song and music video. Wild, ei? ;) I sticked to the black and gold palette to achieve a strong impression on the look. Also chose edgy pieces to further make it stronger. Lastly, my projection completed it.
Took the risk of pairing up a very fierce corset to dainty pieces. As you can see, everything else is all colorful and girly. It actually looked good! It gave it a different kind of feel.

I took a big risk in wearing most of the pieces here. I’m not used to wearing collars since it makes my head rounder, and stockings because I have bad legs. However, I felt that I need to wear those things to complete my whole outfit.
Remember someone? Blair Wardolf! <3 That ribbon headband, satchel, and curls. Blair’s look is what defines the “preppy” look, which people always interchange with another style defining shorts, pants, shirts, and etc. Preppy came from the word “preparatory” and this term was coined to describe the outfit that resembles preparatory school students in Western countries.
